Death is an inevitable part of life, and yet it can be difficult and uncomfortable to talk about the process of grief amongst one's peers. Chris’s mother died of a drug overdose when he was 16 years old, and his father died of a stroke only a few years later. We discuss how hard it is to lose your parents at such a young age, and how it can prepare you for other losses down the line.

We also talk about the death of his cousin Lisa, and how important it is to remember and share the funny stories of those who have passed.
