Death is an inevitable part of life, and yet it can be difficult and uncomfortable to talk about the process of grief amongst one's peers. Christian Finnegan has lost both of his brothers - his younger brother to heart failure at the age of 19 in 2001, and his older brother to a heart attack at 36 in 2008. In this episode we talk about how one's role within a family change after the death, and how difficult it can be to maintain an identity that is tied to a life that no longer exists.

We also talk about how to remember the full person that died, and not just an idealized version of who they were.
